Purpose of the consultation
The FSA is seeking views and comments from stakeholders on the draft Food Hygiene Rating (Online Display) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023 and the potential impact on food businesses and district councils.
Our assessment of the impact of the proposed regulations is also provided - see Annex B of the consultation pack. This sets out the expected impacts of the proposed regulations and the associated costs and benefits for different stakeholders. We are seeking your feedback on this assessment and any further evidence you may have on the impacts (costs and benefits) that we should take account of.
