Judith is a Nutritionist and the Irish regional representative with the Association for Nutrition. She has worked in public health and nutrition for over 15 years, including 10 years as the lead for Food in Schools in Northern Ireland, providing expertise and advice relating to school food and public health nutrition to Government departments. She was responsible for the delivery, co-ordination and evaluation of a programme of work to drive and implement all best practice guidelines, legislation, regulatory inspection matters, Departmental directives, and other statutory requirements relating to food and nutrition for all schools in Northern Ireland.

She is now a service improvement manager with the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, providing project management support and advice to strategic reform programmes. 

In 2022-23, Judith completed the Northern Ireland Boardroom Apprentice programme and was hosted by the Food Standards Agency.
