Tesco are taking the precautionary step of recalling Tesco Plant Chef 2 Meat-Free Burgers with Melting Middle because the centre of the burgers may maintain a high temperature once cooked. This may result in a burn risk to customers.

Action taken by the company

Tesco is recalling the above product. The company have issued a recall notice to their customers. This notice explains to customers why the product is being recalled and tells them what to do if they have bought the product. Please see attached notice.

If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead return it to any Tesco store for a full refund (no receipt required) or contact the Tesco Customer Service on 0800 505 555.
