In Progress: the Less Than Thoroughly Cooked burgers consultation has been completed and responses were published at the start of October:
Currently small amendments are being made to the guidance before re-issue but there has been no change to FSA policy or enforcement. The update will relate to clarity and the guidance being fit for purpose. The final updated guidance will be published in the new year.

Complete: The future laboratories plan was presented to the Board in September 2022. As requested, Phase 2 of the plan (covering 2022-25) was approved and we are now implementing this. Annual updates will be provided via the Board Business Committee. |
