To help reduce environmental waste and to help organisations create a successful and compliant tender, we only accept electronic tender responses submitted through our e-tendering system.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) regulates the food system in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The retender is solely for delivering controls in meat production in England and Wales. Our main objectives in law are to protect public health from risks arising from the consumption of food and generally to protect the interests of consumers in relation to food.
