We conduct a tracking survey with consumers to monitor changes in consumer attitudes towards our organisation and food-related issues.
The survey covers four main areas:
- awareness of our organisation and our responsibilities
- trust in us
- food-related concerns
- awareness of hygiene standards in eating establishments
