Development of the quantitative phase

The quantitative phase will provide information about the most effective elements of the signposting schemes currently in use in the UK and which of these help consumers make healthier food choices.
The Scientific Rationale documents the evidence and decisions behind the design of the quantitative phase and includes some preliminary insights from the qualitative work which are relevant to the design.
