The public will wish to be aware that Wester Lawrenceton Farm Ltd has recalled various batches of Carola and Caerphilly cheese due to contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
Wester Lawrenceton Farm Ltd has undertaken a product recall and will be displaying point-of-sale notices (copies attached) in all stores supplied with the implicated product. These notices will alert customers to the recall and advise them of what actions to take if they have purchased the affected products.
The products withdrawn are:
Carola Cheese
Batch codes: 16 02, 24 02, 26 02, 03 03
Caerphilly Cheese
Batch code: 01 02
No other Wester Lawrenceton Farm Ltd products are known to be affected.
