Bisto Favourite Gravy Granules - 360g - sold exclusively through Asda and Iceland stores.
Risk
A number of Bisto Favourite Gravy Granules drums have been incorrectly filled with Turkey Gravy Granules. Therefore, this product contains milk and egg, which is not declared on the label and is a potential health risk for people who are allergic to, or intolerant of, milk or milk constituents and allergic to egg.

Action taken
The company has recalled the affected product and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall. Notices are being displayed in store to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product. Copies of the point-of-sale notices issued by Iceland and Asda stores are attached below.
No other Bisto products or retailers are known to be affected by this recall.
Advice to consumers
Customers with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and an allergy to egg are advised not eat this product.
