Some packs of the above product may contain Chicken Korma with Pilau Rice, which contains nuts (cashew nut puree) which is not declared on the label. The product is, therefore, a potential health risk for individuals with an allergy to nuts.

Waitrose Ltd has recalled the affected date codes from sale. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall. Notices have been displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall, and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product.
