Vegetarian World recalls certain date codes of Hebrew National Continental Barley Soup, Hebrew National Continental Lentil Soup and Hebrew National Beans in Tomato due to incorrect allergen labelling

• Hebrew National Beans in Tomato (undeclared mustard and celery)
  Best Before: all dates up to and including Dec 2010
  400g can

No other Hebrew branded products are known to be affected.

Certain date codes of the above products may contain celery, soya and mustard, which are not declared on the label. This makes the products a potential health risk for people who are allergic to these allergens.

Vegetarian World has recalled the affected date codes. In addition, the company has also contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall. Notices will be displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall, and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product(s).
