The company has withdrawn the affected date code and has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations which will inform their at-risk members of the withdrawal. Notices are being displayed in all stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the withdrawal, and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product. No other Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd products are known to be affected.

Due to a labelling error some packs of this product do not indicate that they contain traces of wheat gluten and egg.
If you have a wheat gluten or egg allergy, please do not eat this product. Return the product to a colleague at the customer service desk for a full refund.
No other products are affected by this recall, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
