Action taken by the company
The above product is sold through Co-op stores and has been removed from sale. In addition, New Ivory has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall.
No other New Ivory products are known to be affected.
Advice to consumers
Customers with an allergy or intolerance to milk are advised not to consume this product.
