Batch codes: 7215 (Best before November 2008) and 7079 (Best before June 2008)
Action taken by the company
Bart Spices Ltd has undertaken a recall of the affected batches. It has produced point-of-sale notices for displaying in stores to inform customers of the reason for the recall and the actions they should take if they have purchased the affected product. In addition, Bart Spices Ltd has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, which will inform their at-risk members of the recall.
No other Bart Spices Ltd products are known to be affected.
Advice to consumers
Customers with a milk allergy are advised not to consume this product.

Cartons of the above product contain milk protein as an ingredient which is not declared on the packaging.
Any customers who have an allergy to milk or milk protein should not consume this product, but return it to store for a full refund.
No other date codes or products are affected.
