Wales food resource catalogue published

The Food Standards Agency in Wales has published a useful bilingual catalogue for anyone working with, or with an interest in food, whether it is promoting a healthy balanced diet, establishing a food business, or ensuring food is properly cooked and safe to eat.

The catalogue lists a range of the Agency’s publications and web resources currently available for consumers, educators, food business operators and primary producers.
