December 2009 Scores on the Doors update

The Agency has published an update on the progress since October 2009 on the development of the national six-tier ‘Scores on the doors’ (SotD) scheme for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

This latest update includes guidance on the operation of the appeals process for the national scheme that was recently endorsed by the SotD Steering Group, developments in relation to defining the six tiers of the scheme and agreement of the 'data standard' that will be used with the IT platform that will support the scheme.

The update also provides information on the support package for local authorities wishing to adopt the scheme.
