More pasteurised egg products withdrawn

Further to Agency advice issued on 9 November, relating to two salmonella outbreaks and pasteurised egg products supplied by Ritter Courivaud Ltd being withdrawn, the Agency is aware that a further batch of pasteurised egg yolk may be affected and should not be used.
The affected product is:
- Liot pasteurised liquid sweetened egg yolk (1kg)
- Batch code: 731205
- Best before: 02/08/08
The previous two products withdrawn were:
- Liot pasteurised liquid sweetened egg yolk (1kg)
- Batch code: 727201
- Best before: 05/07/08
- Liot pasteurised liquid egg white (1kg)
- Batch code: 731203
- Best before: 02/02/08
