Title: Developing a Framework of Criteria [Food Based Standards] for
Public Sector Healthier Catering
Description: This is a report to the FSA about the expectations of a
number of stakeholders about the nutrition-related criteria for the public
sector Healthier Food Mark.  The report was used together with other
documents to inform the development of draft criteria for the public
sector Healthier Food  Mark; and the draft nutrition-related criteria were
discussed and agreed at a steering group established by DH to develop;
pilot and implement the Mark; arising from the Cabinet Office Food Matters
report.
