November 2009 update on Official Controls

This is an update on the European Commission's implementing rules under Regulation (EC) No 669/2009 on increased level of controls on imports of high-risk feed and food of non-animal origin (non-POAO) from third countries which will come into force on 25 January 2010.
It includes the text of the draft guidance that was presented at a working group meeting in October.
