This update includes the text of the draft regulation amending Annex I to Regulation 669/2009 (which will come into force on 1 October 2010) that was presented to the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health (SCoFCAH) on 14 July 2010 and the outcome of the meeting.
