An update on EU regulation no 669/2009 (as amended) implementing regulation (EC) no 882/2004 as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin (non-POAO)

This update includes a copy of the draft Regulation amending the list of 'high risk' products in Annex I that was presented at the Commission Working Group meeting on 6 December 2010, following the third quarterly review. The Commission has indicated that it will present the proposed regulation for vote to the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health (SCoFCAH) on 12 January 2011. Comments are invited by 5 January 2011.
