BRAG membership details. The Group is chaired by FSA Board member Michael Parker.
Membership includes representatives from food businesses, business representative groups', consumer groups and the Local Authorities Coordinators of Regulatory Services (LACORS). Representatives from the governments of the devolved administrations and the Better Regulation Executive, which is part of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) also sit on the Group.

Michael Parker - Chair
Michael is a Food Standards Agency Board member and Chairman of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He currently chairs the Finance and Performance Committee and is a member of the Equality and Diversity Committee. In 1997 Michael was appointed a Non-Executive Director at Guy’s and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and became their Vice Chairman in 2000 until his appointment at King's.

Director Food Safety and Science at Food and Drink Federation (FDF). FDF is a major trade association representing food manufacturers of all sizes as well as trade associations and groups dealing with specific sectors of the industry.
