Information sharing and dissemination
A large amount of work takes place in Europe and internationally to share and disseminate information to facilitate incident prevention. A number of online networks and forums are available to exchange information, identify emerging risks and educate.
The Agency is keen to share and receive information on aspects of food safety, especially for forming the basis of accessible records that cover the root causes of incidents and a subsequent lesson learnt. Such a report would be a key factor in the dissemination of information.
