Areas for Improvement

Service Plan - A Service Plan has been produced although it does not contain all information required under the Framework Agreement Service Planning Guidance.

Internal Monitoring - A procedure is in place, however it has not been fully implemented.

Documented Procedures - A document control system has been produced however a superseded copy of the supplement to Code of Practice 16 was still in use at the Authority.

Feedingstuffs - A documented procedure for feedingstuffs inspections requires to be produced.
