Food & Feedingstuffs Safety & Standards Promotion – The Authority are actively implementing food and feedingstuffs promotion.
Advice to Business – The Authority are providing advice to local businesses.
Complaints against the Service – A policy and procedure is in place.
Feedingstuffs Complaints – These have been followed up in accordance with the Authority's procedure.
Follow-Up Action to Year 2 Non-Conformances – These have been completed and the audit file formally closed.
Areas for Improvement
Control and Investigation of Outbreaks and Food Related Infectious Diseases – The Ayrshire and Arran Health Board Outbreak Control Plan dated June 97 requires to be updated.
