Service Plan - A Service Plan has been produced which meets the requirements of the standard.
Feedingstuffs - The Authority is addressing its responsibilities for feedingstuffs enforcement.
Liaison with Other Organisations - The Authority has in place arrangements for liaison with other appropriate bodies.
Areas for Improvement
Facilities & Equipment - Procedures are in place, although the Environmental Health service procedure requires to be reviewed and updated to reflect current practice.
Food & Food Premises Complaints - The Authority does not consistently investigate food complaints in accordance with its documented policy and procedure.
