The Co-operative group recalls four Truly Irresistible pasta sauces due to possible contamination with small pieces of glass

Heads of Environmental Health and Directors of Trading Standards will wish to be aware that the Co-operative Group is recalling all batch codes of four Truly Irresistible pasta sauces in 340g jars, due to possible contamination with small pieces of glass.
The implicated products mentioned below are being recalled. Point-of-sale notices have been displayed in stores stocking the affected product. These notices alert customers to the recall and advise them of what actions to take if they have purchased the product. A copy of the product recall notice is attached to this food alert.
The products being recalled are:
- Co-operative Truly Irresistible Sun Dried Tomato and Basil
- Co-operative Truly Irresistible Tomato and Mascarpone
- Co-operative Truly Irresistible Tomato and Olive
- Co-operative Truly Irresistible Tomato and Chilli
Best before: All date codes
Packaging: Glass jar, 340g
No other Co-operative Group products are known to be affected.
