The public will wish to be aware that Kestrel Foods Ltd has recalled certain batches of SuperValu and Centra brands of sesame seed products due to the presence of salmonella.
Kestrel Foods Ltd has removed from sale the products listed below. Point-of-sale notices have been displayed in stores. These notices alert customers to the recall and advise them of what actions to take if they have already purchased the affected products.
The products recalled are:
SuperValu Goodness Seed Mix
Pack Size: 70g
Best Before End: October 2009
Lot Number: 9012 5795A
Centra Good to Go Seed Mix
Pack Size: 70g
Best Before End: November 2009
Lot Number: 9030 6003A
