Aldi Stores Ltd has recalled all batch codes of Romano Pasta Sauce and Romano Mushroom Pasta Sauce due to possible glass contamination.
Aldi Stores Ltd has undertaken a full product recall. Product recall notices have been placed in the national press on 21 February 2007. Point-of-sale notices will also be displayed in all Aldi stores. These notices will alert customers to the recall and advise them what actions to take if they have purchased the affected products.
The products recalled are:
- Romano Pasta Sauce, 470g
- Romano Mushroom Pasta Sauce, 470g
All date and batch codes for both products
No other Romano brand products are known to be affected.

Customers who have bought this product are asked to return it to their nearest Aldi Store, where a full refund will be given.
