The Welsh Food Advisory Committee (WFAC) advises us about food policy relating to Wales. We are required to take the advice of WFAC into account when carrying out our functions or advising Ministers.
WFAC is committed to acting in an open and transparent way and will publish the advice it provides on food policy and its implementation within the minutes of each meeting.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chair of the Welsh Food Advisory Committee has updated arrangements for committee meetings.
